Privacy Policy

We keep what you send us so we can answer you and do the work you ask for. We don't sell it, we don't share it with third parties for marketing, and we don't add you to lists you didn't ask for.

When you send an enquiry through this site we collect:

• Your name, and your business name if you give it.
• An email address so we can reply to you.
• The details you write in your message, including the services you're interested in, your budget range, your timeline and any website address you share.

We use those details only to respond to your enquiry. They are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

When we build a website for you, we hold the business details, content and assets you provide. They're used solely to deliver the work we've agreed to.

At the end of the engagement we delete or return that material on request.

We never see or store your card details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, and their own privacy terms apply to that transaction.

Email sent to our business address, hello@stonefoxweb.com, including anything forwarded to it, is used for client communication only. We don't send newsletters without your consent, and if you ask to be removed we action it immediately.

The only measurement we keep is the built-in analytics that come with our hosting platform, which gives us anonymous page counts. There are no third-party advertising trackers on this site. Our Cookie Policy has the detail.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@stonefoxweb.com and we'll honour the request within 30 days.

Stonefox Web Co. is based in Ontario, Canada. This policy took effect on October 24, 2026. Questions about it, or about anything we hold on you, go to hello@stonefoxweb.com.
